3 rounds For Time:

21-15-9: 1.5 times body weight Dead lift

21-15-9: 1/2 Body Weight Dumbell Thruster (with half of that half in each arm)

10-20-30: Double Unders

    I thought I would NEVER sign up for a “fitness” program. Especially being here in LA – I thought it was a disease people had and I thought “I’m certainly not going to get it!”.

    So far, one the first week, the hardest part of the class was the thought process I had to go through JUST TO GET TO THE CLASS.

    After the first week – my body could only take two classes because of the major changes (progress) I was going through – I am so blown away about what I have accomplished and what I will accomplish in the coming year.

    And here we are now, second week, and I KNOW this is something I really want to do – self improvement all the way around. I’ve busted through my own disagreements.

    I can’t imagine what I’ll be like in 3 months from now.

    I’m hoping my cleanie will perfect and I will be able to do push-ups and pull-ups too. I can’t remember if I’ve ever been able to do just one pull-up…so I’m looking forward to the momentous occasion! :)

    Hooray for Tim and Kristin for getting me this far!
