Well, our first month open has come and gone in a flash. We are so happy with how CrossFit North Hollywood is growing…the people we’ve met and have become a part of our family, sweating together, and getting really, really, Fit…it’s awesome.

Our January Grand Opening Special is now in the past, but we’re still a newborn affiliate…so to celebrate our 2nd month being open, which is also the 2nd month of the year…we’re gonna do a 2 person membership special…our ‘February Grand Opening Special!’

For this February:

  • 12 month membership for 2 people is $119 per month (that’s only $59 per person, EFT: Our most popular)
  • 12 month membership for 2 people paid in full is $1149 total (that’s only $47 per person, per month: Our most economical)

Wanna roll solo? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back!

  • 12 month membership unlimited classes: $65 (EFT, our most popular)
  • 12 month membership unlimited classes: $699 (~$58 per month: Paid in Full, Cash, Check, or Credit Card, our most economical)

Finally, do unlimited classes not fit your schedule. Is 3x per week more realistic?

  • 12 month membership, 3 classes per week (you choose which ones!): $49 (EFT)

Regardless of your goals, free time, fitness level, etc, we have what you need to get you where you want to be!

‘Tabata This’ (Minus Rowing)

20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds in a row of the same movement, 4 movements.

Your lowest rep total in any one round per movement is your Tabata #.

Ring Rows/Sumo Dead Lift High Pull, Push Up,  Sit Up, Squat

Post your Tabata score for each movement and your combined Tabata score to comments.

Last night’s WOD:

Back Squat: 5×5 ( 5 sets of 5 reps)

Awesome job last night going heavy everyone! It’s important to remember that we work on new aspects of fitness and ESPECIALLY the parts that aren’t so comfortable. When you work those 2 places, big gains always begin to come!
