Team WOD: 

3 Rounds for time. 

A) 30 Med Ball Cleans (15# ball)

B) 30 Push Jerks (/35#/45#/65#) 

C) Row

Make a team of 3 people. The group rotates stations upon last person’s completion of movement A or B (which ever occurs last). The rower works until both A and B are finished. The row could be short or long, depending upon the work capacity of the athlete in station A and B.
