Last night’s WOD:

3 Rounds for time
A) 20, 25, 30 Thrusters
B) 20, 30, 40 Parallette Push-ups
C) Farmer’s Walk  (at least 50ft)
D) Row

4 person team workout. 
C & D must move until both A & B are finished with their reps. 
For every time C lets the weights touch the floor, both A & B must complete 2 more reps each.

gals: 33# thruster, farmer’s walk w/ 2 x 35# kb, regular push-ups
