Cookie sucked. Worst idea ever.
I’ve only been on vacation a couple of days but I already miss CrossfitNoHo.

kinda wished we’d had at least one of our athletes beat out Valley CrossFitter Josh, but he is badass effin fit. i know that the fact he finished first is testament to the hopper model of fitness – you are as fit as you are able to overcome the known, the scheduled, the inevitable, the unpredictable, the unprepared for, and the unexperienced. wall ball 2-for-1s were brand new for everyone and despite that, Josh killed it!
