Today & Last Night’s WOD:
50 Dumbell MoFo’s For Time.
A MoFo consists of holding a dumbell in each hand. Squat clean the dumbells. Then with the DB’s still on your shoulder, lunge forward one time with each leg. Then press the DB’s overhead and perform an overhead squat. Now do you understand why they call them MoFo’s?
And the Cookie (bonus): 300′ Bear Crawl with the DB’s you used for your MoFo’s (not timed).

i am in pain everywhere. i didn’t wake up until 9:45am today and i don’t even remember going to bed. it was a tough week.
i agree greg, very tough! last night almost did me in. it’s weird though, i’m not in that much pain today. maybe i’m just so used to being sore that i don’t feel it anymore. or maybe it just hasn’t hit me yet…
you pushed it pretty hard last night Leah. 20lb dbs for 50 mofos was awesome. you’ll probably be more sore tomorrow. you going in on saturday too?
