What a night! 20 people…no, wait…20 CrossFitters in class…no, wait…training last night at our 7pm session/sweat-fest!

An absolutely awesome workout with an even more awesome crew!!!!

7 Rounds For time:

200 Meter Run

15 Kettlebell Swings

10 Burpees

Scale to either 5 or 3 Rounds, but you must complete the # of rounds you choose before you start (i.e., no punking out!)
