Tuesday Night’s Team WOD:
In Groups of 3:
a) Standing Press 1/2 body weight
b) Row 250 meters
The goal is to complete 150 presses as a team in as short of time as possible. But…you can only press while station B is rowing their 250m. Once they hit 250m you must rotate!
This one was really fun to watch! Great teamwork everyone!
