Overhead Squat/Burpees

This one is basically Upside Down ‘Fran’ for you CrossFit geeks out there like me. One of my favorites too!

Started off with a modified version of ‘Annie’: Double Unders and Sit Ups.

New Gal Katie*** showing great form on her Burpee! As a former gymnast and diver she killed this WOD!

Simon and wifey Meegan show that the family that overhead squats together sticks together! Tanya is in the background grinding out the last of her Burpees! Yeah Burpees!

New guy Tyler getting so close to the end of his overhead squats…but he’s a stunt pro so his core stability helped him through it!

This one is basically ‘upside down Fran’…and pretty friggin tough!

Warming up with ‘Annie’…50/40/30/20/10 of Double Unders and Sit Ups…which is most definitely a WOD in itself.

And Christine set the gym record with a hand stand hold of 1:38! That’s pretty bad ass! Now that she’s set the bar…who will be the first one to 2 minutes…or 3 minutes…or….?
