Final thing. How do you explain what cool things we do at CrossFit North Hollywood to outsiders? It’s notoriously difficult to explain CrossFit to the uninitiated…so give some good advice, a funny story of ‘explanation gone bad’, whatever. How do you explain this awesome stuff?!!!
