Great job everyone, especially considering we did “Murph” yesterday…if you made it in Monday & Tuesday, you rock! That’s what CrossFit is all about, seeing where you are on any given day, regardless of yesteday’s WOD being an absolute beast or not.

Joseph is doing awesome…partly because he is improving so much…and also because he brings a new friend to EVERY class! That’s so cool! 🙂 Aint nothin wrong with bringing your friends and family and blowing their mind.
