1x 200 meter Run for time.
1x 100 meter Run for time.
Rest as needed in between sprints.

Great job yesterday everyone, especially Michael with the 0:12 second 100 meter run…WOW! Unfortunately you were all to fast to catch on camera, so instead here’s a video on the POSE running method we worked on yesterday.
