Wednesday’s WOD:

Find your 5 rep max on Back Squat

Then do 10 reps with that weight!

This workout is designed to push you as much mentally as it does physically. Many of you found that you could actually do more than you thought at your 5 rep max…and that’s awesome! Don’t let preconceived notions of your abilities hold you back. You’re here to break through them and that’s just what you did tonight! Great job!!!

Also, important update. We finally have our shirts ordered, they will be here Friday. We only ordered a limited number on our  first run,  so they will be first come, first serve. Bring your $ tomorrow and we will be taking the orders until our sizes run out. The girl cut shirts are royal blue and the guy cut shirts are sport grey, both with our new logo on them. The price per each is $22. We expect these to go quickly, so be ready to get on it.
