10 push ups
1 round of the above movements every minute for 30 minutes. If you can’t make the minute call, drop 1 rep on each movement until you find the appropriate scaling.

Some of the boys made their own workout…500 double unders, 800 meter run, 25 sit ups, 25 pull ups, 25 burpees, 50 double unders…yeeowch!
Tom also made his own WOD: “Grave digger Grace”:
30x Virtual Shoveling, Grace, 30x Virtual Shoveling…dig the grave, put the body in, bury it…Very Cool!
Joey hit up a main site WOD…and crushed it…
Needless to say, this was a very, very fun night, with a bunch of very,very fun people!!!

1 round Kelly: 400 meter run, 30 box jumps, 30 wall ball (20/10)
1 round Badger: 30x Squat Cleans (95/65#), 30 pull ups, 800 meter run.
