Metcons are great, buy but going heavy is a ton of fun too! Especially when you get to see everyone realize how much stronger they actually are!

Saturday’s WOD:

“Chelsea”

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 squats

1 round of the above movements every minute for 30 minutes.  If you can’t make the minute call, here drop 1 rep on each movement until you find the appropriate scaling.

30x Virtual Shoveling, Grace, 30x Virtual Shoveling…dig the grave, put the body in, bury it…Very Cool!

1 round Badger: 30x Squat Cleans (95/65#), 30 pull ups, 800 meter run.
