Been wondering what all the fuss is about?
Now keep in mind, this is the elite of the elite…this event is designed to see who the Fittest people in the world are, so it must be incredibly grueling.
We do much of the same stuff…just scaled down for most people…but the method of CrossFit is the same:
Constantly Varied (yes), Functional Movements (yes), Performed at relative High Intensity (yes).
Day 2’s events are:
1 rep max Snatch
8 minute AMRAP: 4 Hand Stand Push Ups, 8 72/54# KB Swing, 12 GHD Sit Ups
And a Chipper (1 time through of various crazy movements)!
