Remember, all classes at CFNH on Friday are now Happy Hour WOD’s. That means you can come in and try anything you want! If you missed a workout during the week, it’s a great chance to stay on track with our awesome programming. It’s also an awesome time for you to go after that Benchmark you’ve been eyeing: “Fran or Murph” anyone? You can even come and make up your own and get after it with your friends!
I have something ‘fun’ planned for the 5:30pm Happy Hour WOD myself…and the ‘fun’ part: It doesn’t have to be ‘Fun’, to be FUN! But remember, no one ever drowned in their own sweat!

We’ve been getting a lot of interest for our Level 1 CrossFit Class. Here’s a little about how awesome it’s going to be!
LEVEL ONE CrossFit Class:
Are you new to CrossFit?
Been a way for a while and need to get back on track?
Had a hard week of CrossFit or want to focus on the basics?
-Whether you are a novice or seasoned CrossFitter, the Level 1 class is great for perfecting our 9 fundamental movements! It is designed to give you the proper foundation to increase your Overall Fitness Level in any CrossFit class you attend at CFNH and will enhance any workout you do!
-Each Level 1 class will follow the same structure as the rest of our classes at CFNH: Warm Up, Skill, and WOD (Work Out of the Day). As always, intensity and workload tailored to each individual.
-As always, the WOD’s will be ‘Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Performed at a High Intensity (Your own High Intensity!)’.
-All ages and abilities welcome. Pace yourself, or go to the Limit!
