Well, the LEVEL 1 CrossFit Class is a HIT!!!! 15 CrossFitters joined us on our first class of our Fundamental Focused, Choose Your Own Intensity group class. It…was….awesome!!! We had brand new CrossFitters and members we hadn’t seen in months come back…exactly what we hoped for!
We focused on the squat, the most functional movement you’re probably not doing…or are doing…if you’re a CrossFitter!

Our next LEVEL 1 CrossFit is Wednesday @ 6:30pm. It is a perfect place for aspiring CrossFitters to start, and a great place for veteran CrossFitters to perfect their most necessary movements.
Our Level 1 CrossFit Class gets their squat on! Intensity is nothing without great fundamentals!!!
