Tuesday’s WOD:

Skill – Pistol (Single Leg Squat)

WOD – “Lil Linda”

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlift – Bodyweight

Strict Press – 60%-75% Bodyweight

Squat Clean – 50% Bodyweight

This is a variation on a classic CrossFit Benchmark workout: Linda, aka 3 Bars of Death. Round 1 you perform 10 reps of each movement, then round 2 you perform 9 reps of each movement, all the way down to round 10, where you do just 1 of each movement (but by then you’re pretty wiped). Oh, and do it as fast as you can while keeping excellent form & technique.
