Well, website the LEVEL 1 CrossFit Class is a HIT!!!! 15 CrossFitters joined us on our first class of our Fundamental Focused, viagra Choose Your Own Intensity group class. It…was….awesome!!! We had brand new CrossFitters and members we hadn’t seen in months come back…exactly what we hoped for!

We focused on the squat, sildenafil the most functional movement you’re probably not doing…or are doing…if you’re a CrossFitter!

Our next LEVEL 1 CrossFit is Wednesday @ 6:30pm. It is a perfect place for aspiring CrossFitters to start, and a great place for veteran CrossFitters to perfect their most necessary movements.

This is a variation on a classic CrossFit Benchmark workout: Linda, salve aka 3 Bars of Death. Round 1 you perform 10 reps of each movement, then round 2 you perform 9 reps of each movement, all the way down to round 10, where you do just 1 of each movement (but by then you’re pretty wiped). Oh, and do it as fast as you can while keeping excellent form & technique.

Our members are just like our WOD’s, they just don’t stop! A great day of CrossFit at CFNH. Level 1 CrossFit is a bonafide hit, helping new people master the basics and giving our vets extra attention on those very important basics. I can’t imagine any other type of gym other than a CrossFit gym where people are so concerned with actually having proper form, awesome fundamentals, and a solid foundation. Each of the fundamental movements in CrossFit adds up to more complex movements, and it’s fantastic to be part of a gym and fitness concept that takes that so seriously! Yay fundamentals!!!
