Wednesday’s WOD:

Level 1 CrossFit:

Skill: Over Head Squat: Technique + 3-3-3-3

WOD: Teams of 3, rotate each station, 3 rounds for Max Reps and For Time.

A: Run 200 Meters

B: Air Squats, Max Reps while A completes the 200 meter run

C: Sit Ups, Max Reps while A completes the 200 meter run

All Levels CrossFit:

Skill: Over Head Squat: 3-3-3-3 (Go Heavy!!!)

WOD: Teams of 3, rotate each station, 3 rounds for Max Reps and For Time.

A: Run 400 Meters

B: Wall Ball, Max Reps while A completes the 400 meter run (20#/10#)

C: Sit Ups, Max Reps while A completes the 400 meter run

Our members are just like our WOD’s, they just don’t stop! A great day of CrossFit at CFNH. Level 1 CrossFit is a bonafide hit, helping new people master the basics and giving our vets extra attention on those very important basics. I can’t imagine any other type of gym other than a CrossFit gym where people are so concerned with actually having proper form, awesome fundamentals, and a solid foundation. Each of the fundamental movements in CrossFit adds up to more complex movements, and it’s fantastic to be part of a gym and fitness concept that takes that so seriously! Yay fundamentals!!!
