75 Power Snatches for Time (75/55#)

This was a great WOD, pilule partly because it’s such an explosive movement, medications and partly because everyone that did this WOD Saturday got a Personal Record or a gym record! It was really, treat really cool! And it didn’t stop there, we’ve had about 15 benchmark PR’s and 2 more people got their first Muscle Up in the last couple days. Yeah, it’s a great time to be getting Fit at CrossFit North Hollywood!
