Who’s ready for another great week of CrossFit!!!
Last week was awesome…very busy…but still awesome.
- Week 1 of our October Nutritional Challenge is complete…only 3 more weeks to go. If you made it through the first week the next 3 probably will probably be easier…and if week 1 was tough, then you have 3 more weeks to try and improve!

-Our first Sunday fun run was super cool. We hit Runyon Canyon, did some trail running along with some awesome views of LA (yes, they do exist!).
If you missed it, not to worry. It was so much fun that we’reĀ planning on irregularly doing this! Post ideas for our next weekend fun run to comments.
