Sometimes I feel like a broken record…but I know that’s not true because I get to see this every day. AMAZING performances at CFNH last night!!! The record board had to be completely rewritten after we did the CrossFit Benchmark WOD ‘Grace’. We had 7 athletes post times under 3:30 or less…and many, many more setting new Personal Records and finally going ‘As Rx’d’. Everyone’s performances have been improving, leading up to the September 26 ‘Fight Gone Bad’ Fundraiser at CFNH. What, you haven’t reserved your spot and donated to this awesome cause yet? 1. Monthly Challenge: Your Diet!!!

CrossFit NoHo October Challenge: Paleo Zone for 30 days

We recently had 2 of our CrossFit North Hollywooders become CrossFit Nutrition Certified, and they were awesome enough (just enough) to put together a completely new Monthly Challenge for everyone:

This is the month to change the way you eat! Leah and Laura will be available for any and all questions/ information regarding the Paleo and Zone diets. Monday 10/5 is DAY ONE! Start it out right! We will be at the 730pm class with some packets. If you would like one but wont be able to attend please email us at paleoblocks@gmail.com. We will have measuring tapes, scales and cameras to take pictures for the ‘before’ if you want! :) Hope to see you there!

2. To celebrate the beginning of Fall, the coming end of our absolutely amazing first year, and to help get everyone back on the CrossFit path to Fitness, we are offering a 12 month Membership for just $949. Monday was also the beginning of our October Monthly Challenge. This month we chose nutrition! Just like any CrossFit workout, the challenge can be scaled to everyone’s own need and ability. The main choices were to go on the Zone Diet, the Paleo Diet, or some combination of both. Everyone wrote their monthly goal on the Monthly Challenge Whiteboard…Accountability!!!! We’re all in it together! There were lots of different goals, as well as an excellent presentation by our members Leah and Laura who both are now CrossFit Nutrition Certified! CrossFit NoHo October Challenge: Paleo Zone for 30 days

We recently had 2 of our CrossFit North Hollywooders become CrossFit Nutrition Certified, and they were awesome enough (just enough) to put together a completely new Monthly Challenge for everyone:

This is the month to change the way you eat! Leah and Laura will be available for any and all questions/ information regarding the Paleo and Zone diets. Monday 10/5 is DAY ONE! Start it out right! We will be at the 730pm class with some packets. If you would like one but wont be able to attend please email us at paleoblocks@gmail.com. We will have measuring tapes, scales and cameras to take pictures for the ‘before’ if you want! :) Hope to see you there!

2. To celebrate the beginning of Fall, the coming end of our absolutely amazing first year, and to help get everyone back on the CrossFit path to Fitness, we are offering a 12 month Membership for just $949. First come, first serve, and we’ve only got 2 of them at this price! We have other affordable monthly membership rates if the special doesn’t work for you right now. Monday was also the beginning of our October Monthly Challenge. This month we chose nutrition! Just like any CrossFit workout, the challenge can be scaled to everyone’s own need and ability. The main choices were to go on the Zone Diet, the Paleo Diet, or some combination of both. Everyone wrote their monthly goal on the Monthly Challenge Whiteboard…Accountability!!!! We’re all in it together! There were lots of different goals, as well as an excellent presentation by our members Leah and Laura who both are now CrossFit Nutrition Certified! The Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser for Prostate Cancer Research and the Wounded Warrior Project was a huge success at CrossFit North Hollywood, and at CrossFit gyms all across the world! We are so happy and privileged to be a part of the amazing event and awesome community!
