Fantastic job on this WOD, CFNH! I also hope that week 2 of our October Nutritional Challenge is still going well. It’s usually easiest in the beginning and end, so stay focused when you’re in the middle of it!
Our ever growing and ever improving 6:30 Level 1 CrossFit class ‘gettin they wall ball on’! Yeah, I went there.
