This workout definitely crept up on me. Wasn’t till I got home that I realized how shot my legs were.
It’s made me OBSESSED!! I used to be able to concentrate on other things, but not anymore! Look…now I’m even in the “comment” section!! Seriously though, I LOVE IT….and wouldn’t have it any other way!!!
