This was a really fun WOD, short enough that you can go heavy, but just long enough that you have to mentally push yourself to get the maximum result. As always, you all performed amazing!
Congrats to Esther for adding 20# to her PR on the deadlift AFTER the WOD (193#), and for Bonnie adding another 5#, to make it an even 230#! Fantastic ladies!
Our Holiday schedule this week will be as follows:
Monday through Wednesday regular schedule.
Thursday we’re closed. Your WOD is to watch football and try not to talk the ENTIRE day to your family about CrossFit.
Friday, no 7am or 12:30pm. We will have Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm.
Regular schedule Saturday & Sunday.
