- 5 Push-ups
- 10 Walking Lunges ( 5 each leg)
- 5 Sit-ups

- 14x Push-ups
- 21 Double Unders ( Modified: Singles 3:1 = 63 / Crosses 1:1 = 21)

Interesting Fact: The ant can lift 50 times its own weight can pull 30 times its own weight and always falls over on its right side when intoxicated.

Our Level 1 class @ 5:30pm was ROCKIN’ tonight! And so were their sumo deadlift high pulls 🙂
WTF Brian shows us that elbows “high and outside” on the sumo deadlift high pull ain’t no thang but a chicken wing!
Kathy had an awesome performance at the Level 1 class tonight! She completed 16 1/2 rounds….finishing in one of the top spots! You go girl 🙂
