You can work on improving your weaknesses, work more on stuff you really like, or get an extra workout in that will help you reach your personal goals!

Other than a tan, it would be hard to improve on this awesome photo of Greg getting to the top of a 225# Sumo Deadlift High Pull!
I wish I could say I was being clever and wanted to take a foggy photo that would resemble how unclear everything seems during the 150 Burpee WOD, but really…the battery ran out on the Gym camera and this was on the old iPhone.

While one partner works through the round, the other must hold 2 db’s fully extended overhead. If the db’s are dropped from overhead, both partners must do 3 burpees before resuming the WOD.

October was an awesome month at CFNH! We had our first Nutritional Challenge, coordinated by CFNH members Laura & Leah!
