If it looks like we just did this WOD, actually we didn’t. I posted it for Saturday as it was scheduled then, but it was actually Laura’s Birthday WOD Saturday. She turned 25…so there was 25 of a ton of stuff! But it worked out perfectly that we had this WOD available for Tuesday. If your quads were sore from Monday, then the more you could use your posterior chain for the Sumo Deadlifts the better time you had on this WOD…but if you tried to turn the SDLHP into a squat…maybe this one wasn’t so much fun!

Laura, once again, earning her nickname…’Chuckles’! She earns it everyday!

A few of us hung around after the 8-9pm class finished…reminisced about the last 365 days and how awesome they’ve been.

There weren’t too many of us left by 10pm…but we thought it was photo time.

Yeah, we’ve got a lil’ Captain!
