Every minute, match the minute with that many Thrusters in that minute (i.e., do 9 thrusters in the 9th minute…by the 10th minute you should have done 55 total Thrusters)

WOD:
Death By Clean & Jerk. 135/95#
Same rules as Level 1. Match the minute. If you don’t make it to 10 minutes, start over at 1 rep and go through the process again until you reach failure.

The moment after Brooke nailed a new Deadlift PR! 255#! Brooke’s not only lost nearly 20# since starting in September, but she’s also gotten properly strong! Way to go, girl!
