Our first Powerlifting Class started last night at 7pm…and it…was…Awesome! Glad to have a great group of athletes to train hard and knowledgeable Coaches to lead them. Remember, the 7pm Level 1 CrossFit class is still happening on Thursday night. Just another advantage of having such a big CrossFit gym.
