Scale up to doing this complex ‘Unbroken’ (either the entire round, or each movement: add in chest to bar pull ups if you can).

Great day at CFHV. We’ve been getting a TON of new toys in. We have our 106# KB, aka ‘The Beast’ that is being swung around, a bunch of brand new benches for lifting heavy and rehab activities, stability boards, powerlifting cages (the Rogue R3!), deadlift jacks, powerlifting bands, pull up bands, and now this thing:

It’s a pommel horse trainer…basically like training wheels for the pommel horse that Olympic gymnasts use. Pretty sweet. Come on in and humble yourself on it. Have a good laugh about how little you can probably do on it…then continue to be amazed when you conquer yet another thing you never thought you’d be able to do. It’s just how we do here at CFHV!
