Level 1 CrossFit:

Skill: KB Swing

WOD: 10 Rounds for time.

7x KB Swing

7x Burpee

7x Sit Ups

Scale rounds and weight as needed.

All Levels:


1 mile run for time

WOD: Death by Deadlift (adding 1 rep every round, aka Deadlift ladder)

275/185. Touch and go at bottom (keeping the arms and back straight the entire time)
