No class on Memorial Day! Enjoy your day, pay your respects to our Armed Forces Veterans who we’ve lost in our Nation’s Service, and use your CrossFit training to continue to make your life better.

1. New Level 2 CrossFit class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, starting on Tuesday, June 15.

2. New 9:30am class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting Monday, June 14.

Great job going heavy on the OHS today. We’ve also seen huge improvements in the last few weeks while working the hang power clean. Get ready to see continual relative strength increases as we continue. Be sure and keep track of your barbell lifts in your training journal so you can continue to reach your goals!
