Max Time Hand Stand Hold or Max Reps Hand Stand Push Ups
WOD: Death by Pull Ups
1 Pull Up in the first minute, 2 pull ups in the second minute, until you can no longer match the minute.
Post rounds completed, if you started using a band and in which round, or if you did Chest to Bar pull ups.
