100602 – Wednesday

1. Our Powerlifters are having their ‘graduation’ from their intro 8 week course this Sunday. They will be starting at 12pm and finishing until they’ve lifted everything in the gym.
In celebration of our first Powerlifting course completion we’re throwing it out to all of our High Voltage family to come by Sunday at 12pm and complete the CrossFit Total (1RM of deadlift back squat and press: optional bench press as well). Everyone’s invited. Come see how strong you’ve gotten.

2. The Nutritional Challenge is wrapping up this week. Please turn in your logbooks by Saturday to either the PaleoBlocks girls or to the gym and have your ‘after’ photo taken. We’ll let you know when the voting is going to take place for the male and female winners soon.

3. 9:30am class on M/W starts Monday June 14.

4. Level 2 Class on T/Th @ 6pm starts Tuesday June 15.
