1. CrossFit Total Day this Sunday at 12pm – about 3pm. Come in and try your 1 Rep Max of Deadlift Back Squat and Press (with an option to do Bench as well). We’re celebrating the end of our very 1st Powerlifting Course so it should be awesome to see them throw around some ‘Light Weight’!

2. Paleo BBQ on Saturday June 12 @ 2pm! We’re celebrating the end of our Spring 60-ish Day Nutritional Challenge (lots of celebrating huh). Everyone’s invited. We’ll also be voting on the female and male winners of the Challenge and handing out the $$$!
