1. CrossFit Total this Sunday from 12pm – 3pmish. Come by and lift heavy stuff with us! Not only will it be fun to see how strong you are but also a great chance to see how much our Powerlifters have improved and ask our Powerlifting Coaches questions on how you can get stronger too!
2. Paleo BBQ on Saturday June 12 from 2-4pm. Celebrate the end of the Paleo Challenge and see how far everyone’s come and how much healthier you’re all getting! If you’re finishing up the Challenge turn in your logbook get your ‘after’ photos done and get ready for another awesome BBQ.
