2. Tuesday/Thursday 6pm Level 2 class starts next Tuesday, June 15. This class will be capped at the first 20 people per day.

Big Congrats to Felicia! She’s a proud member of our Powerlifting Club, and Deadlifted a female gym record of 315# on Sunday! Yeah buddy. In just 8 weeks she added over 100# to her CrossFit Total (1RM of deadlift, squat, and press). Yes, results are typical…on average, the members of the Powerlifting Club added about 100# in just 8 weeks to their CrossFit Total.
