A2. 400 Meter Sprint

Do A1 & A2 3x.

B1. Push Press 5-5-3-3-3rm

B2. 5x Glute Ham Raises (1 set of 5 after each set of Push Press)

C. For time. 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders with 10 Burpees after each set.
