Our Monday/Wednesday 9:30am class started today and was a huge hit!

Don’t forget our Level 2 CrossFit class starts today at 6pm. It will be capped at the first 20 people each day, so get there early!

Monday’s WOD’s:

Level 1:

Skill: Sumo Deadlift High Pull

WOD: 3 Rounds for time.

5 minutes per round. Rest 1 minute after each round.

10x SDLHP

10x Sit Ups

5x Push Ups

Skill:

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

with 10 Toes to Bar after each set

WOD:

For 12 Minutes, each minute perform:

3 Cleans @ 85% of 1RM.

Then:

Tabata Sit Ups (Low Score)

Post Clean # and Sit Up Score to comments.
