Skill: Overhead Squat

WOD: 21-15-9

Overhead Squat

Push Press (same weight at OHS)

Box Jump

All Levels CrossFit

A. Overhead Squat: 5-5-3-3-3. Find 3RM

B. Bench Press: 5-5-5-5-5. Going up in weight each set.

C. Tabata Sit Ups. High Score (cumulative reps)

Great week of training for everyone at CrossFit High Voltage Burbank! Huge improvements all around. We threw a lot at you, medications and you all stepped up and got FIT!
