In House Challenge starts Saturday at 12pm with the first WOD.
We’ll have the gym open for warming up and getting ready at 11am.
-No 9am or 10am classes on this Saturday. Come by at 12pm (a little before to warm up) and take part in our 2nd In House Challenge!
Alison & Alysa, a couple of our awesome Lululemon Atletica Glendale gals who’ve started working out with us, learning the medicine ball clean during the Level 1 class.
They always bring great energy to every class!
Level 1 CrossFit:
5 Rounds for time.
15x Sit Up
Level 2 CrossFit
Skill: Back Squat: 5-5-5-5-5
WOD: 8 Rounds, for time.
10 Unbroken Fast Burpees. Rest as needed after each set. If you must stop during the 10 burpees, then you must do that round over.
Rest 3 minutes, then:
Tabata Sit Ups, Low Score.
All Levels CrossFit:
Skill: Overhead Squat: 5-3-3-1-1RM
8 rounds, for time.
10 Unbroken burpees. Rest as needed after each round.
Just the down, up, & clap. Anything else is a fault, and you must redo the round.
Rest 3 minutes, then,
Finish with Tabata Sit Ups: Low Score.
