Great job on the In House Challenge on Saturday everyone! It was great to see everyone come out and sweat, and sweat, and sweat!
Being able to continually push yourself beyond what you think is possible is an important part of our CrossFit training. You may not notice it every single day, but benchmark days like the In House Challenge usually show how far we’ve all come. Continually having goals and then smashing through them is an important part of training at CrossFit High Voltage.
