Great job on the In House Challenge on Saturday everyone! It was great to see everyone come out and sweat, and sweat, and sweat!

Being able to continually push yourself beyond what you think is possible is an important part of our CrossFit training. You may not notice it every single day, but benchmark days like the In House Challenge usually show how far we’ve all come. Continually having goals and then smashing through them is an important part of training at CrossFit High Voltage.

What is your current goal, fitness, or in general? How are you using CrossFit to help you reach it? Post thoughts to comments.

Did you sign up for the ‘Keep LA Running’ 10k yet? Have you ever run a 5k or 10k? If not, this is a perfect time to check yet another box on your ‘to do’ list. The High Voltage Endurance Club will be there, we hope you will too!

And lastly, happy 27th birthday to my sister Becky! She’s set a goal of doing her very first 5k shortly. Proud of you, sister!

Daniel’s been training hard, and his buddies have noticed how much faster he’s gotten…and a couple of them even became members of the High Voltage family last week!

Got Friends? We do!
