Friday night she was unsure, but come Saturday, Kirby used her consistent training with regular classes and the High Voltage Endurance Club to make it through all 3 WOD’s!

RJ’s been crushing it lately…just like his shirt says, he’s a straight up ‘WOD Killa’ and the current gym record holder on for a 500 meter Row!
Frank not only rocked all 3 workouts, but even had enough strength to run the last leg of his 400 Meter, 45# bumper plate carry!

Set with Max Effort L-Sit Hold after each attemp
WOD: 10 Rounds for time.
100 Meter Sprint
Rest exactly 1 minute after each sprint.
