Skill: Sumo Deadlift High Pull
WOD: 20 Minute AMRAP
10x Sit Up
10x Striders (jumping lung, switching legs)
10x Back Extension
All Levels CrossFit
Thruster: 7-7-5-5-5 (find 5RM)
Set with Max Effort L-Sit Hold after each attemp
WOD: 10 Rounds for time.
100 Meter Sprint
Rest exactly 1 minute after each sprint.
Post Total time to comments.
