WOD: 4 sets of 3 minute AMRAP. Rest 1 minute after each round.

All Levels CrossFit:
Skill: Snatch Complex
3x sets, 3x through per set of:
Snatch Grip Deadlift, Snatch Grip Deadlift High Pull, Snatch, OHS x3.
