A1. 400 meter run
A2. 8x Ring Dips ADAP (as difficult as possible: slow negative, holding a DB, etc)
Do Ax3. 1 Burpee penalty for every second your 2nd and 3rd 400 meter runs are over 10 seconds from the first one.
B. Deadlift: 5-5-3-3-3. Find 3RM.
C. Tabata Push Ups. Low Score.
