Friday’s WOD:

A. Snatch Complex

3x Snatch + 3OHS on 3rd Snatch. (Sub Power Clean & Front Squat)

5 sets, going up in weight. Rest 3 minutes after each set.

B1. Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 (Sub Push Press)

B2. GHD Sit Ups 8-8-8-8-8

C. Wall Ball, Max Effort.

You must get at least 40 in a row. If you cannot, then do another set until you get over 50 cumulative.

Any pause or reshuffle constitutes a break.
