Monday’s WOD’s

Level 1 CrossFit

Skill: Med Ball Clean

WOD: 2 rounds, for max reps at each station

2 minutes of Pull Ups (rest 2 min after)

2 min of Med Ball Clean (rest 2 min after)

2 min of Box Jumps (rest 2 min after and repeat the entire WOD 1 more time)

All Levels CrossFit

A1: Back Squat: 7-5-4-3

A2: Hand Stand Push Ups x 5 ADAP (as difficult as possible: rings, parralettes)

B. “Triple Double” : Courtesy The Next Level Invitational competition!

For reps:

AMRAP in 2 minutes of: Bar Muscleups (sub Chest to Bar pull Ups, sub regular pull ups, sub band pull ups)

Rest 2 min

AMRAP in 2 minutes of: Ground to Shoulder (#185/#115) (sub to 135/95#, sub lower in weight as needed)

Rest 2 min

AMRAP in 2 min of: Box Jumps (30”/24”, sub to 24/20″, sub lower in height as needed)
