  • We’re already up 30 people registered (our initial gym goal is 60, help us get there!) for Fight Gone Bad 5 on Saturday, September 25 on the Sony Studios lot in Culver City. Everyone is invited, and there will be a scaled version that everyone can do! From fire breather to beginner and everyone in between, this is the Community Event of the year, and you don’t want to miss out. Best of all, it’s free to do the workout. An even cooler incentive, if you raise over $150 at FGB.org, then you get a great T-Shirt that you cannot buy (go ahead and try).
  • Our next CrossFit Total day is scheduled for Sunday, September 12, from 12pm – 3pm. Come in and find your new 1Rep Max for Back Squat, Deadlift, and Press. The last one we did was in June and it was a blast. BBQ will once again follow!

Rd 5: 155/105 – 1 pt each

Scale weights as needed, but keep them proportional (i.e., 85/115/135/115/85)
