  • Awesome job on Diane yesterday! I was very glad to see many of you make it as Rx’d for the first time…those Hand Stand Push Ups are no joke. We also have several women finally get through all 45 HSPU which was really, really cool! Keep up the great work gang!!!
  • The final results are in, and CrossFit High Voltage of Burbank raised over $7,000 dollars for Fight Gone Bad 5! We were $2,000 over our initial gym goal of $5,000. This placed our box 44th in the world out of over 2,000 CrossFit gyms. I think we’re starting to get the hang of this thing…
